Welcome to the Elite Broker Membership! By subscribing to this membership, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

The Elite Broker Membership is a coaching and resource platform designed to support mortgage brokers with personalized coaching, tools, and strategies to grow their businesses.
2. Eligibility
Membership is open to mortgage brokers over 18 years of age who agree to these Terms and Conditions.
3. Membership Benefits
Members will receive access to:
- Personalized 1:1 coaching sessions.
- Exclusive resources, tools, and templates.
- Group coaching and networking opportunities.
- Additional features as outlined on the membership sign-up page.
Benefits are subject to change at the discretion of Limitless Broker Academy.
4. Fees and Payment
- Membership fees are charged on a monthly basis and are non-refundable, except as specified in Section 9 (Cancellation and Refunds).
- Payment must be made via the methods specified on our website or enrollment platform.
- Late payments may result in suspension or termination of membership.
5. Commitment
Members commit to engaging fully in the coaching process, including attending scheduled sessions, completing assigned tasks, and actively participating in group coaching or discussions.
6. Confidentiality
All materials, templates, and resources provided are for the sole use of the member and may not be shared, distributed, or reproduced without explicit written permission from Limitless Broker Academy.
Similarly, any discussions or materials shared during coaching sessions are confidential and must not be disclosed to third parties.
7. Member Conduct
Members are expected to:
- Engage respectfully with coaches and other members.
- Avoid disruptive, inappropriate, or abusive behavior.
Failure to adhere to these standards may result in immediate termination of membership without a refund.
8. Coaching Disclaimer
The Elite Broker Membership provides guidance, strategies, and tools to support your professional growth. However, success depends on the member’s individual effort and implementation of the coaching. Limitless Broker Academy does not guarantee specific outcomes or results.
9. Cancellation and Refunds
- Members may cancel their membership by providing written notice at least [insert timeframe] prior to the next billing cycle.
